ABOUT THE SERVICE
Our experience with Toshiba frequency converters has allowed us to use our own units in Toshiba frequency converters and adapt our operator panel interface to Reda control stations. This upgrade opens up new possibilities for operating imported frequency converters:
We carry out
maintenance of control systems based on frequency converters
- Maintenance and repair of control systems with variable frequency drives from various manufacturers - both the power section and the instrumentation and automation
- Servicing of control systems, including connection and disconnection of equipment at the Customer's facilities, technical maintenance, trial run of the installation and setting up protections
- Modernization of control systems of domestic and foreign manufacturers with voltage from 0.4 to 10 kV
- Maintenance and repair of soft starters
Cable line maintenance
- Dismantling and re-laying of existing cable lines
- Installation of new cable lines
- Maintenance of terrestrial cable lines
Electric heating systems for process pipelines
- Defect detection of objects
- Issuance of a package of executive documentation (passports for the materials used, installation diagrams with reference to the facility as a whole)
- Estimation/agreement with the Customer of the defective scope of work
- Closing the completed scope of work according to the Customer's Acts/Forms
- Dismantling of faulty sections of electric heating systems (removal of metal insulation/thermal covers/covers, distribution boxes, insulation, heating tape) with subsequent delivery of dismantled materials to the Customer or their disposal
- Fulfilment of warranty obligations for newly installed facilities, including after major repairs
- Installation of distribution boxes, power cables, automation equipment, heating tape/insulation/metal insulation (thermal covers), with their subsequent testing
repair of compressor equipment
- Using the latest diagnostic equipment, we will check your compressor equipment for possible faults and provide an expert opinion on the technical condition of the compressor, as well as recommendations for its improvement.
- We will quickly and efficiently carry out proper maintenance of compressors, which will ensure their stable operation.
- To ensure the normal operation of equipment, we will repair compressors, as well as restore (and sometimes replace) individual components or specific compressor parts.

We provide engineering, technical, and service support for gas turbine power plants (GTPPs). We service the following systems:
- Gas pumping units GPA-12DKS, GPA-10DKS-08 "Ural"
- Ventilation, heating of compartments and blocks, air cleaning devices (ACD), oil systems of gas turbines and compressors, low-voltage complete devices (LVCD)
- Gas turbine units (GTU) GTU-12PG-4, GTU-10PN
- Gas-dynamic seals (GDS), control of active magnetic bearings; fire extinguishing (ASPT), measuring instruments, etc.
- Compressors NC-10/45, 5GTS2-300/4.5-64, 5GTS2-420/2.5-45
