Purpose and scope of applicationя
The control stations of the SU ChR ETALON series are designed to optimize the operation and protect submersible electric pumps equipped with an asynchronous electric motor of the PED series.
Functional capabilities
The control system of the ChR ensures the operation of the pumping unit in the following modes:
- manual or automatic control of the PED rotation speed;
- acceleration, smooth braking, reversal of rotation of the PED with variable u/f characteristics for different types of loads;
- modes of forcing the starting torque of an asynchronous motor (jump mode and wedging of the pumping unit);
- operation in the mode of programmatic change of output frequency for a specified period of time;
- operation in the mode of maintaining a technological parameter (pressure, current, analog signal);
- An optional built-in "reverse bypass" allows the PED to be disconnected using a "contactor" followed by switching to a frequency converter and the possibility of further switching back to the grid.
