Purpose and scope of applicationя
SUDR-Etalon downhole reagent dosing units are used in the oil and gas production industry and are designed for the controlled supply of reagents into the annular space of an oil and gas production well.
Functional capabilities
SUDR provides the following functions:
- Possibility of changing the pump performance by adjusting the number of strokes of the pusher rod (0.83–26 strokes per minute).
- Manual and automatic operating modes.
- Monitoring pipeline pressure with alarm when pressure exceeds permissible limits.
- Protection against power supply voltage deviations (permissible range: ±30% of 380 V).
- Configure parameters via USB port or controller control panel.
