Purpose and scope of applicationя

The MRK installation is designed to protect submersible pumping equipment, tubing, and casing installed in a well from salt and hydrate deposits.

Functional capabilities

The MRK provides the following functions:

  • The MRK is connected to the submersible equipment control station (SU) and can operate in conjunction with various types of submersible electric motors (SEM), including valve SEM, ensuring compatibility and stable operation.
  • The unit can operate at temperatures from 0 to +150°C and pressures up to 40 MPa.
  • The installation includes a submersible telemetry system that records data on pressure, temperature, and vibration and transmits it to the ground unit for analysis and control.
  • The MRK emits electromagnetic waves with a frequency of 50 to 500 kHz, which affect the wellbore space, preventing the formation of deposits.
  • The unit is equipped with a self-diagnostic system that monitors operating parameters (insulation resistance, vibration, temperature) and automatically shuts down the submersible units in the event of an emergency.
