NPO Etalon and its divisions are staffed by highly qualified engineering and technical personnel and professionally trained workers totaling more than 200 people. Our company's staff has unique experience working at the most complex facilities in the Urals, Western Siberia and Kazakhstan.



Separate divisions have been created in the NGO structure, which have service production bases, necessary vehicles and equipment in Nefteyugansk – OP Etalon-Nefteyugansk, in Noyabrsk – OP Etalon-Yamal and in Buzuluk – OP Etalon-Yug.



The service division of Etalon-Nefteyugansk provides the following services:



1. from 2009 to the present: maintenance and maintenance of variable frequency drives of all manufacturers for LLC RN-Yuganskneftegaz (the necessary imported spare parts available at NPO Etalon LLC allow for prompt maintenance of both the power unit and instrumentation), after-sales service (in including connection and disconnection of equipment at the Customer's facilities, maintenance, trial start of the installation and protection settings);



The provision of this type of services by NPO Etalon LLC accounts for more than 75% of the total volume in RN-Yuganskneftegaz LLC.



2. from 2011 to the present: commissioning and exploration of oil producing wells, commissioning and exploration of oil wells completed by drilling and after reconstruction of the well by cutting the side shaft;



During the period of 2011, our company, the only one of the four contractors providing this type of service, worked without any comments or refusals to bring the ESP to operation. Based on the results of tenders for 2012, NPO Etalon LLC received a two-fold increase in the volume of work and today the volume of services accounts for more than 80% of the total volume of wells being brought online at RN-Yuganskneftegaz LLC.



3. From 2009 to the present: maintenance of ground cable lines (dismantling, installation, re-laying). NPO Etalon LLC is the only contractor for this type of services in RN-Yuganskneftegaz LLC;



4. Since 2012, based on the results of tenders held at RN-Yuganskneftegaz LLC, our company has been providing technical support services for gas pumping units at the compressor stations KS-1 and KS-2 of the Priobskoye field, equipped with GPA-12 DCS Ural and GPA-10 DCS Ural. As part of the technical support, NPO ETALON LLC has direct contracts with organizations that produce these products and patent holders, including:



- Aviadvigatel OJSC, Perm;

- JSC Perm Engine Plant, Perm;

- JSC NPO Iskra, Perm;

- C2M Vostok LLC, Moscow;

- JSC "Kazancompressormash", Kazan;

- CJSC "Scientific Research Institute Turbocompressor", Kazan;

- John Crane-Iskra LLC, Perm;



Also in 2011-2012, together with BPC GROUP, Moscow, our company participated in the development of a project for the utilization of associated gas from TNK-BP's Severo-Khokhryakovskoye field.



5. Since 2012, based on the results of tenders held at TNK-Uvat LLC, the service department has been providing a range of intelligent services to improve the efficiency of operation of deep pumping equipment with a complicated well stock;



6. Along with the above services, the specialists of NPO Etalon LLC provide maintenance and repair services for soft-start devices and frequency control drives.



All work on the provision of services is carried out with high quality and on time in accordance with contractual obligations, in compliance with the rules of industrial safety, production culture and environmental protection.
