Purpose and scope of applicationя
The unit is designed for the dosed introduction of liquid reagents, such as demulsifiers, hydrate formation and corrosion inhibitors, into oil and gas collection, transportation and treatment systems.
Functional capabilities
The BDR provides the following functions:
- Provides precise dosing of liquid demulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors and hydrate formation inhibitors.
- Possibility of manual control (for example, adjustment of the stroke length of the pump plunger).
- Automatic shutdown of pumps when parameters go beyond acceptable limits (pressure, level, temperature).
- Event log with the ability to export to USB drive.
- Possibility of remote control from the control center.
