Purpose and scope of applicationя
The UADIS system is designed to automatically mechanically clean the inner surface of oil well tubing (OWT) from asphalt-paraffin deposits (APD) using a scraper. The system prevents plugging, ensuring uninterrupted well operation.
Functional capabilities
UADIS provides the following functions:
- The installation operates in automatic mode, controlling the movement of the scraper according to a given program.
- Possibility of manual control to perform specific tasks.
- Support remote control and monitoring via GSM Modbus TCP.
- Motor current control, overload and short circuit protection.
- Operation in a wide temperature range (from -60°C to +40°C) and corrosion-resistant design.
