Purpose and scope of applicationя
The SCHPR-Etalon system is designed for smooth starting and speed control of the shaft of asynchronous electric motors with a squirrel-cage rotor and synchronous electric motors with a rated supply voltage of 6 and 10 kV, rated power from 200 to 12,500 kW
Functional capabilities
The SCHPR provides the following functions:
- Provides smooth starting of asynchronous and synchronous electric motors (6–10 kV, power 200–12500 kW).
- Reduces energy consumption by optimizing operating modes.
- Reduces mechanical and hydrodynamic shocks, extending the life of engines and pump units.
- Shockless switching of motors between the network and the frequency converter.
- Possibility of operation in a wide range of climatic conditions (from -60°C to +50°C).
- The system efficiency is not less than 97%.
