Purpose and scope of application
A special feature of this SU series is the built-in thyristor soft start system to reduce starting currents, reduce peak starting load on the supply network and limit the starting torque on the motor shaft. The field of application is the installation of centrifugal electric pumps for oil production, rod deep pumping units, reservoir water injection, water intakes, etc.
Distinctive Features
- Connection terminals located at the top of the station. The cabinet design and special cable clamp allow for connections using both multiple KPBP-type cables and larger-gauge cables.
- The controller has a simple, intuitive interface for easy operation.
- Possibility of additional installation of a commercial electricity meter of the SET-4M or Mercury type with the integration of readings into the controller and the output of information to the external RS-485 interface.
- Transferring an archive using a standard industrial USB flash drive (allows you to transfer data to a computer without additional devices).
- TMS panel for installation without modification of ground units from various manufacturers.
- Works with various types of TMS both via a serial digital port and via analog inputs.
- Direct starting of an electric motor if a soft start fails.
