Purpose and scope of applicationя
The station is designed for frequency control and protection of electric pumps for oil production with valve-operated motors of the VPED type with a rated speed of up to 10,000 rpm.
Functional capabilities
The valve submersible pump control station provides:
- engine operation in a closed speed loop
- maintaining the engine speed by regulating the supply voltage
- compensation for line voltage drops without significant changes in the operating mode (only within the limits of the supplied line voltage)
- motor acceleration in an open speed loop with a given current
- Recording parameters at intervals of up to 1 second during accidents.
